C, January 16, 1865, as captain Co. B, April 22, 1865; mustered out with company, June 8, 1865, near Alexandria, Va.; prior service, as first sergeant, Co. G, Twenty third Infantry. Commissioned first lieutenant, January 13, 1865, with rank from December 23, 1864, vice L. Force, promoted; captain, March 30, 1865, with rank from February 21, 1865, vice G. H . Holden promoted.
